The DMC Constellation Observes Floods in Madagascar
Tropical Cyclone Enawo is the one of the strongest storms to hit Madagascar in a number of years. It is believed that many homes have been damaged by the powerful winds and have been left without power. The DMC Constellation has been acquiring data over the affected area in Madagascar to help aid in their recovery.

The DMC Constellation’s data is valuable for observing surface water and assessing the extent of the damage caused to the indigenous vegetation. This aids in planning the level of support needed for the surrounding infrastructure and for recovery after such events.
